This song is inspired by my grandparents. I had never met them. They were both victims of war. It’s a reflection on myself and where I am from. Who came before me? What were their lives like? It’s a reflection on human needs. A way for me to try and understand life.

The lack of rain - in my life caused a drought - the lack of love - caused the death of the heart
Black blossoms from the breath - I inhale the bitterness - I sit with the pain and exhale again

I go to the grave with just a dollar in my pocket - with a heart full of grace - atleast i know I’ve got it.
